Bench For Cheap!

So today during my errands I had the fool notion to BUILD MY OWN WEIGHT BENCH. I don't want a fancy weight bench with leg attachments and a bench press, just something to lay against and do butterflies with. Now, before you remind me about my previous construction efforts, let me remind you that this will be super cheap to make. A piece of plywood, some sticks, a bit of foam, fabric and staples. The road to physical fitness is only a few nails away. Or screws. I'm not sure which but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
